The best place to start when you have a problem with a piece of equipment is to give us a call, we still believe in having a human being answering the phone. Tell us about the problem you are having, it could be something we can work with you to fix over the phone. If we are not able to resolve it by phone, we will ask you to either send your instrument to us for evaluation or to organise a visit from one of our technicians. We will ask you to also fill out the following service request form.
